Move Benchmarks Survey to "Current" Projects #129

The survey & assessment are labeled "Ongoing/Current" but are listed on the "Archived Projects" page (https://dlfmetadataassessment.github.io/projects-archived). instead of the "Current Projects" page (https://dlfmetadataassessment.github.io/projects-current)
