Update main site with changes from Sandbox #154

During the week of July 22, please update the main site with changes thus far in 2024 from the Sandbox. This is in preparation for the in-person DLF Forum July 29-31.

Hi @kateefly - I checked with the larger group last week and haven't received any last minute requests for updates on the main site beyond what is currently on the Sandbox, so I think this is ready to move forward this week if that still works for you.
