[03] Sample Weak labeling from KITTI360 on deeplabV3+ #3

Run a few images to generate masks on Deeplabv3+ on KITTI360 data samples and verify the integrity.

We have tried to run the forward pass on the KITTI-360 images and we were able to generate masks (weak labels) - pretrained model used is - ResNet101
