Problem with renaming datasets in treeview #32

Three problems:

[x] Currently it is possible for the user to give two datasets the same name by changing the name in the treeview. This will likely create issues with other functionalities.
[x] Also the toolname can be changed in the tree view -> I fear this can also lead to problems
[x] The names can currently be left blank, do we want to allow this?

The toolname can still be changed in the tree view. This should not lead to problems and can be useful (if users really want a tool to have a different name)
