Make a Campbell diagram of the IEA 15MW turbine (fixed substructure) in Bladed and HS2.

Operating points = 0 - 25 m/s, 1 m/s step
Normal power production operation
With normal controller -> add file with operating points determined by controller (similar to .opt file HS2)

I added the results for the 15 MW example taken from the IEAWindTask37 repo. I used the make_htc.py script to generate the model for HAWCStab2. The results are currently in the dev-example branch, including structural and aeroelastic analysis, as well as the operational data (1-25m/s - 0m/s seems not to work with HS2).

I added the Bladed results for the IEA 15 MW turbine. The v1 model provided by DNV was only the floating wind turbine. I modelled a tower similar to the way Jenni Rinker did it for HAWC2. I ran the simulation from 0 to 25 m/s, but Bladed gave warning messages that no equilibrium conditions were found for the operating points between 0-3 m/s. Nevertheless a linearization could be made on those operating points.
