Is there a limit on using pipelines / github actions. Make sure we don't need to pay for it.

We are not paying, but there is a limit: 2000 minutes per month. Definitely something to keep an eye on. We have no payment method set - AFAIU we will not be charged, but we won't be able to run actions as soon as we pass the freee limit.
