Description

This PR upgrades the Project to Node Version 20.11.1 (LTS) It also updates amcharts5 to 5.8.4 for #98 and updates babel-eslint to eslint-parser v7.23.10 (babel-eslint was deprecated, development continues in eslint-parser)
