Generate visualizations of the graph #24

As @hecking suggested, it should be possible to create a visualization of the graph structure based on the definitions of the GraphCreator.

@roxanneelbaff I am currently testing two different ways of displaying it. Which do you think is better? I like the first one better test_improve_edge_definitions_diagram png
