Update to 1.10 #9

Update to gtest version 1.10

[x] Merge with gtest 1.10 (in progress)
[ ] Adapt code to new 1.10
- [ ] XML representation of a UnitTest (gtest.cc:3787 gtest_xml_output_unittest.py)

@melven: I do not understand what we need to adapt in gtest_xml_output_unittest.py. The initial MPI adaptations for XML are from you, do you what to do here?

Before 1.10 we added "_np1" to the program name for MPI. But now the program name seems to have vanished from XML (?), so maybe we do not need to any special MPI handling anymore?
