License incompatibility in GeomALGO_Splitter code #1024

The code https://github.com/DLR-SC/tigl/blob/master/src/boolean_operations/GEOMAlgo_Splitter.hxx uses a LGPL license, which can not be combined with Apache 2.0.

We can simply remove these, as they are now included in OCCT.
