Build for Python 3.10+ missing #218

Hi, can you publish the Tixi-build on conda-forge for Python 3.10? Since our code starts using more and more newer features, we need Tixi[3] to be compatible with those Python versions.

We have tixi3 builds for Python 3.10 in our channel dlr-sc, not on conda-forge. Have you tried conda install tixi3 -c dlr-sc? Which plattform are you using? https://anaconda.org/DLR-SC/tixi3/files

Alright, I forgot to create the .condarc file with channels:\n- dlr-sc\n- conda-forge.
