@Filos1992 I quickly checked some files. We probably should

Remove commented-out code.
Remove unused imports.
Sort imports.
Clean up the __init__ files.
Rename variables and functions according to PEP 8 rules: https://peps.python.org/pep-0008/

There are tools / pre-commit hooks for most of these things. Might happen that I find more things to take of.
