Use spar cells in mass breakdown #719

To enable material distribution in the spars, there are spar cells. These spar cells are analogous to the "wing shell cells". The wing shell cells are already defined in the mass breakdown, the spar cells not yet. I added the spar cells analogous to the wing shell cells in the attached scheme. Would that be a suitable way to integrate the spar cells into the mass breakdown?

It looks suitable to me. I will directly put it on the review list for v3.4.
