massBreakdown: adding intake mass #727

Specially for a combat aircraft, the engine intake is important and its mass should be considered in the structural mass breakdown. Therefore, we could add a mIntake parameter under the mStructure element of the mass breakdown, descibed by a mandatory massDescription element for consistency sake: ..vehicle/aircraft/model/analyses/massBreakdown/mOEM/mEM/mStructure/mIntake/massDescription
