Weight&Balance node needs revision #766

From projects where vehicles with variable configurations are considered (e.g., military aircraft with different store settings or helicopters with changing equipment over a mission), there are requirements on the weightAndBalance node that are not currently considered.

The current implementation provides operationalCases and certificationCases defining load trajectories in the coG-mass space. Certification cases are used to describe worst-case loading scenarios used to ensure that the aircraft remains stable (outer lines in the figure blow). Operational cases usually describe the center lines: grafik

The definition considers CoG and mass changes, e.g. due to fuel consumption. It does not consider configurational changes, though (e.g., releasing an external tank; pick up a patient during a helicopter rescue mission; etc.). Furthermore, the weightAndBalance node is needed to derive the center of gravity location from a given fuel fraction for mission performance analyses.

I am opening this issue to gather problem descriptions and find solutions together. Potential issues can also be discussed in the discussion forum, but should always reference this issue so we can keep track of the current status.
