massBreakdown: Control surface kinematics #772

The mass description of trailing edge devices seems to be out of sync with the controlSurfaceTrackTypeType. Does mCarriages correspond to the tracks? Maybe should better align the mass breakdown with the geometric description of the wing kinematics.
