According to some feedback of OAD experts:

It only makes sense to include the indexes for emissions that are independent of the combustion state. For most fuels, this is CO2 and H20. N2 would also make sense for ammonia. NOx, Soot etc. makes no sense there.

Therefore:

Any additional changes required?
