This is related to the issue contributors had earlier on with the line endings. This solution basically forbids line-ending changes on all files by default and only marks specific files as "text" which then means that the local settings of the person checking the files out will determine what happens to the line endings on her machine.

Same fix should probably also go to Modelica_DeviceDrivers.

dietmarw commented 10 years ago

done.

tbeu commented 10 years ago

Which issue number by the way?

dietmarw commented 10 years ago

no issue number. Pushed directly because "I can" :-)

Ah, I see, master branch of MDD not release (= default) branch. Confusing!

Once tackled, the other Modelica packages BioChem, Thermocycle-library, OpenHydraulics, Spot and IdealizedContact should also be fixed.

dietmarw commented 10 years ago

Selv that is where the development happens. Not in a release branch of course ;-)

@dietmarw Are you going provide patches for the other Modelica packages BioChem, Thermocycle-library, OpenHydraulics, Spot and IdealizedContact?
