Add a user's guide on how to implement own distributions. At the moment it is quite overwhelming on how to do this.

@fvanderlinden, is this more transparent with the new Modelica_Noise structure, so we can close the issue?

We removed it from here, so it can be closed ;) I might reopen it in AdvancedNoise...
