Remove superfluous headers
Remove superfluous defines and type definitions
Introduce NOISE_LCG_MULTIPLIER
Fix comment style
Add trailing newline

Sorry I have no idea why there are confilicts here. Maybe you can merge manually by simply copying the whole file and changing line endings afterwards,
