This PR:
adds updated version compatibility (carla 0.9.13)
adds updated dockerfiles and docker compose
adds new plot_longitudinal_control_info_node for debugging the the longitudinal control
adds new ackermann2carla_node to make use of the ackermann_control_node of the carla-ros-bridge
adds updates on controlcommand2carla_node
adds updates on vehiclestate2adore_node (rely on imu, undo steering angle standardization based on max steering angle)
adds new cybertruck parameters file
adds updated demo file
adds new settings.ros1.yaml file with pid parameters for ackermann control
removes obsolete run
