Improve calibration process #15

Is it possible to automate the calibration process?

Use parameters/coefficients vom scenario files (.csv) instead the database? The calibration process is tighlty connected to the ExpertKnowledgeTree.

Maybe look into other optimization techniques for calibration. LP? Non-linear optimization? Machine Learning

Look into the similarity index (Ähnlichkeitsindex) and edit it.
