Thanks for the remark. The wiki will be moved (and expanded) to GitHub soon. I hope I'll find some time in the next weeks.

I see. So it has been an internal wiki all along.

The wiki is now available (in an early state).
Wiki Heavy expansion of the entries is expected but we still need a lot of time.
