  1. build custom gnu toolchain from crosstool-ng
  2. Toolchain can compile legato runtime successful
  3. Toolchain can compile ta-endpoint

build from arm-unknown-gnueabi default config finish

use custom toolchain to build legato runtime successfully. Fix -Wmissing-attriburte warning inside kernel 3.18.140.
