• [x] Links need to be 50% opacity on hover (it's too subtle right now)
• [x] Background same issue as homepage (opaque image over colour)
• [x] Image goes behind the header area on smaller screens, the image and area should become smaller, or break next to each other so image on left and content on right. it's not a massive but on older peoples screens content shouldn't go behind the logo / nav.
