January features #16

A couple of features for @gavanderhoorn and other improvements.

Something I noticed in the plots that now have "a line (so for #9): older dates (before 0bd2268de3d07e124a4665e03c824647990f3d85) seem to show duplicated entries in the on-hover label:

Is this local caching of my browser?

No, it means I was testing on a higher resolution monitor. It's an annoying feature of chartjs that I haven't figured out yet. Basically, the x position of your mouse overlaps with multiple points.
