[BUG]: Ostrum pillar & Calorite pillar are disabled in survival mode #171

What Happened?

As shown in the title. Tier 3 & Tier 4 Rockets need them. 戴斯柱好歹还能在月球里挖到一点, 紫金柱就完全找不到哪里能生成了.

What Should Happen?

补充：我试图写一个切石机的配方来获得紫金柱，但是它不工作。 我不懂Java，我猜测这个问题很可能是RecipeTweaks导致的。
