Images get dark overlay #31

Some of my emails are shown with "hidden" images. They seem to get a dark overlay as well:

I don't get that in all mails though. If required, I can forward it to you.

As far as I can see, there is an image overlay of the newspaper on items where it's behind a paywall, and these are shown bigger thus blocking the image behind.
