Links to LCSH should point to HTML serialization #98

In MPIWG Rara, skos:Concepts are mapped to LCSH using owl:sameAs. They look like this

http://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh2008107595.html

However, this hard-codes the HTML serialization in the URL.

If it pointed to

http://id.loc.gov/authorities/subjects/sh2008107595

data consumers could fetch RDF using Content-Negotiation.
