Hide label field by field or if empty

Hi, thanks for this very useful module.

I suggest labels could be hidden field by field instead of for all the element and with two options :

manually
only if field is empty This could avoid creating specific dma_eg_model.html5 only for showing or not labels or hide them by css. Thanks.
