Site Owner User Story: Facilitate Users to submit a blogpost #33

As the Site Owner I can allow users to submit blogposts which I can review before PUBLISHing them so that I can increase the content but monitor the quality of the blogposts

Acceptance criteria 1 Users can submit a blog through the frotend
Acceptance criteria 2 a SUCCESS message is displayed upon submission
Acceptance criteria 3 I can change the DRAFT to PUBLISHED before it is displayed to other Users but remains visible to the User/Author who submitted it in a greyscale
Acceptance criteria 4 Once PUBLISHED, It becomes visble to all Users and they can comment on it

Acceptance criteria 3 - I can change the DRAFT to PUBLISHED before it is displayed to other Users but remains visible to the User/Author who submitted it in a greyscale The post is saved as DRAFT and only the Admin can change it to PUBLISHED

Acceptance criteria 4 -Once PUBLISHED, It becomes visble to all Users and they can comment on it
