Maybe some of the Topics are already described in the UI. Maybe we can share Descriptions in the Whitepaper and the UI in ❓ ❔ or Hover Texts. This list should not define a structure on how we integrate it in the whitepaper, it is only a check list for reference if we have covered the topics.

bonus score system early epoch end malice reports are different code parts also automatic upscaling and downscaling of validator set size

but for the whitepaper this is one secttion thats build around the topic network security system that are in place to avoid a stuck or bad performing dmd diamond network

the phoenix protocol would be also part of this

Ok, i made it more clear that this list is only a checklist of topics to cover, and should not dominate the structure of the whitepaper.
