Category should be sorted by display name instead of internal code #497

The ACM-ICPC category displays a different tag than what is used to sort internally.

To clarify, some templates use the id/name interchangeably, even though they are never guaranteed to be the same.

They should be renamed to key and name instead of having name and full_name.

Is this still an issue, searching for ACM-ICPC shows itself as a result.
