@stephaniesimms, @sjDCC the current implementation that we have in place does not record the date a plan was submitted for feedback, similarly it does not track when the feedback was completed.
If that's a feature that we want, we can certainly add these dates either into the plans table or create a separate table for stats. Let me know what are your thoughts...
I think it would actually be useful for institutions to record the time difference in data submitted and date responded. It's the kind of stats people would like as evidence.
I expect it's easier to keep that in the plans table but @xsrust and @briri can advise

We reviewed this issue on 1/9/20 and agreed upon the following actions:
During the DMPonline Usability Exercise of 2020 it became apparent that institutions require increasingly accurate usage reports.
One of the issues that arose is that org admins need to know plans that are completed vs plans that are currently being worked on. We could add this type of information to the table that displays within an institution + a 'last updated' type of field.
