Missing value in account confirmation email #238

The name of the app is missing in the screenshot below. Also note that it should correspond to the name in the Subject line (whether DMPonline, DMPTool, DMPRoadmap it should be consistent)

Email looks good now, although this will become moot once we remove step to confirm account. Closing out.
