It is not clear that when there is no funder selected researchers need to tick the box #2890

@pherterich @mariapraetzellis

I am adding further suggestion re #2886, #2885 creating plans page from one of our users:

researchers do not understand that they have to tick the box ‘No funder associated with this plan or my funder is not listed’ to get to the organisational template instead of filling in the DCC one. Can this be made more clear in the create plan screen?

We should think about simplifying this screen in general. Maybe just have the user specify the

We'd need to determine whether or not a non-funder Org template should appear in the template selection box at all times or only if the user specified them as their research org.

The logic behind the scenes can determine whether or not to use the funder's version of the template or a customized version based on the research org they specify (assuming they have customized it)

It might also be good to just display they default DCC template in the select box and just force the user to make a selection instead of having it be the magic default.

I believe that DMPOpidor has customized this page. It might be worth asking them in our upcoming call to see what they have done.

I had also started collecting suggestions for improving the 'Create plan' page; though for the Belgian instance (dmponline.be): https://github.com/DMPbelgium/roadmap/issues/42

Some additional thoughts: We have not had issues with 'no funder associated', and as an institution we want our researchers to use our customized versions of the funder templates; because we add a phase containing privacy questions to serve as privacy register tool (GDPR). Not selecting our organisation prevents this.
