Inconsistency permissions as editor: dashboard and project details #2

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) dmpplay v3.0.2

Expected behaviour: TBD

Actual behaviour: As editor to a plan, the table in the dashboard view does not allow to modify the 'test' status of a plan, but when opening the plan it is possible to update this in the project details image

Steps to reproduce: Check the dashboard view for a plan that has been shared with you with editor permissions, and the project details tab

https://github.com/DMPRoadmap/roadmap/issues/2876 Also noted by org admins during test phase: _"A minor issue is the view in the dashboard: a combination of checkbox and “no”. The No is when I'm editor, not owner/co-owner. looks strange to have both in there "
