Suggested feature: include narratives in json download of plan #25

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) v3.0.2

Expected behaviour: If I export the DMP as a json file, I notice that none of the questions and answers are present. Is there a way to include those in the export?

Actual behaviour: Requested by VITO And previously requested by Elixir Belgium
