Suggested feature: Improve usability of Download tab

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) v3.0.2 dmpoline.be 19/11/2021

Expected behaviour: Avoid confusion related to download options by:

• [x] Include 'Project details' by default (see roadmap issue linked in next comment)

• [x] Include 'Supplementary sections not requested...' by default

• [x] Match style of dropdown to select phase to that of export format; or match to 'optional plan components' check boxes. eg dropdown on next line

  • 

• [x] Default item in phase download is blank in case of multiple phases. In case only 1 phase exists, this is selected by default.

• [x] Disable Download button when no phase (blank) is selected. Tooltip for Download button displays text to indicate that a phase should be selected

Actual behaviour:

Often confusion related to 'select phase to download': Can this be made more visible, or 'download' button only appears when phase has been selected? Often confusion about needing to select 'suplementary sections not requested ....' for funder templates. End users do not know (and do not care) what is immediate funder information and which is added by institution. In fact, even the institutional customizations need to be submitted to administration.

I've also received a feature request to be able to download all phases at once instead of downloading one phase at a time. Especially for the DMP+ template where there are 2 phases with only 1 question each.

Current workaround is off course to download in a non PDF format and put them together manually.

suggestion: for the default phase in the dropdown (in download tab): All phases (i.e. similar to output created when setting visibility of the plan to 'organisation' -> reason: Research administration office spends a lot of time refusing submitted documents because the wrong phase was exported; and researchers are simply not aware what/how to export.

for the json export, the download of all phases does not really matter of course

Also: always show template selection box with an empty value "--select template--" so template selection is intented, AND create button is not enabled by default (because there is always a valid option at the top of select box)

Not if this was part of this issue, but "download all phases in one pdf" has also been implemented upstream, but a bit different: you can either select one phase or all phases (probably by setting a checkbox)
