Update contact details #34

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) v3.0.2 dmponline.be January 2022

Expected behaviour: Helpdesk information for Belnet (hosting and managing the application since 1 January 2022) is provided

Actual behaviour: DMP Belgium consortium contact details are mentioned

Contact Us DMPonline.be is provided by Belnet. If you would like to introduce DMPonline.be in your organisation and want to learn more about it, please enter your query in the form below. If you are already a customer of DMPonline.be, please contact the Admin User of your organisation (this information is available at the top left corner of the page when you are logged in). Admin users can also raise tickets at Belnet in case they cannot fix the issue you are facing. If you have a feature request or think you have found a bug, please check out the list of issues on DMPbelgium's GitHub. If your issue isn't listed there, please add it; if it is, please add a comment if you have more information or just to let people know how important it is to you. Belnet is also reviewing Privacy statement and Terms of use to verify if any changes are needed.

If you want to update the contact-us page directly, please use https://github.com/DMPbelgium/roadmap/blob/master/app/views/branded/contact_us/contacts/new.html.erb. That is only the upper part of the page though.
