PDF formatting options don't work #45

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) 3.0.6

Expected behaviour: When downloading a plan in PDF format, PDF formatting options appear and the user can change font, font-size and margins.

Actual behaviour: It makes no difference which formatting options are selected, the output is always the same.

Steps to reproduce: Download some plans in PDF format with different formatting options selected

@TheLisaVL seems to be solved on test.dmponline.be (which is based on a more recent version). I didn't even know there was a problem in the first place ;-)
