What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0) test.dmponline on 20 May 2021

Expected behaviour: preferences for download displayed as last used for download, across plans

Actual behaviour: preferences for download options are not stored, and need to be selected again every time you go to the download tab

Steps to reproduce: Go to download tab for an existing plan
