Dear DMPonline team,

Thank you for all your work on this great tool for DMP writing.

Would it be possible to restrict the publication of DMPs in the list of Institutional plans only after a data steward approves this? Now any researcher can publish their plan even if it is not reviewed by a data steward, resulting in bad examples for peers who see these plans as examples. Or would it be possible to add a label stating 'verified example' or 'unverified example' by your local support staff?

Hi Nicky,

Thank you for your feedback! We can certainly look into this. Do you encounter this issue often? Since plans are set to private by default and cannot be set to public until a certain percentage of questions are answered.

This could be reviewed together with the 'request feedback workflow', see #10 . Or entirely separate, just giving admins more power over which plans are public and which aren't.

Dear Lisa,

We did not notice this until recently when a researcher commented they used it as an example for their DMP. Given that these 'shared' plans do not have a warning that these aren't verified by the RDM team, these are seen as 'good' examples while these DMP's weren't reviewed by the RDM yet.

More power to admins to set the status to private would work fine. Because now we have a plan submitted by a researcher who stopped before reviewing their DMP and we are not able to remove this from the list.

Dear DMPonline team,

We still have a couple of institutional plans that could be of better quality and should be removed from this list as soon as possible. The users who uploaded these are no longer affiliated with the institution or do not respond to requests to hide their forms.

Could you resolve this issue?

Dear Nicky,

Unfortunately we as admins cannot change the visibility of plans. We also cannot delete them. So I fear that for now there is not much we can do... The only solution is to track down the owners of these plans and ask them to change the visibility.

I have tried to contact the researchers. However, one is not responding, and the other isn't employed anymore. So please, would it be possible to consider this issue at some point?

about https://github.com/DMPbelgium/roadmap/issues/75, you as an admin surely can delete the attached users via Plan.find(id).roles = []. I don't think the unaffiliated users can even login to dmponline without their organisation backing them up?

Hi @NickyD-RDM-UHasselt, could you provide me with the name of the offending researchers, and the plans whose visibilty should be changed? I will investigate if I can fix that.

Note that I'm on holiday next week though.
