Cannot open templates in "All templates" page #92

What version of the DMPRoadmap code are you running? (e.g. v2.2.0)

4.1.0

Expected behaviour:

User should be able to open a template for editing in the "All templates" page, as it is the case in their "organization templates" and the "Customizable templates" tabs

Actual behaviour:

Uer can't click on a template to open it for edition in the "All templates" page

Steps to reproduce:
