False error for null HttpHeaders in EventDestination again #534

This was previously filed as https://github.com/DMTF/Redfish-Service-Validator/issues/196. In a run with top-of-tree of this tool today, I saw it incorrectly flag this as an error again. I don't know when this behavior started again, or if it was every truly fixed.

ERROR - HttpHeaders: Value of Collection property is null but Collections cannot be null, only their entries
