Cleanup prior to release

Changes include:

• Updated function and file headers to match new additions
• Updated README for new options to sensor list
• Updated requirements to call out new version of the Python library
• For failed logins that do not equate to a "password change required", keep the behavior to raise an exception
• Don't logout when the login fails (safer to assume there's nothing to do at this point)
• Increased timeouts across the board (filing a separate issue to research "good" values further)
