Fix: #24 Add init_context_for_validator in every case setup function; Add deinit_context_for_validator in every case teardown function;

As I mentioned before, please dont mix the libspdm sync with other patch.

Also, please dont push to DMTF branch. Every developer should push to their own branch and send PR.
