Describe the bug Changes from #15 cause major performance issues in medium to large environments with >100k Conditional Access sign-ins

Describe the steps to reproduce the bug The issue automatically shows with an increasing number of Conditional Access sign-ins

Mentioned changes will probably need to be reverted to the previous approach, based on analysis of Conditional Access policy configuration instead of actual Conditional Access sign-ins
