The calculations for Azure AD P1 currently omit service principals using Azure AD Application Proxy.

The necessary resource type onPremisesPublishing is currently only accessible by using Graph's beta endpoint. This issue won't be considered for implementation until the resource type is accessible via the default endpoint.
