What steps will reproduce the problem?

The second CCCallBlock fires two times, this is incorrect.
What cocos2d version are you using ?

What iOS / Mac SDK are you using ?
OSX Lion, Xcode 4.3.2
Debug or Release ?

Which target device / target OS are you using ?
iPhone 4 device
iOS only: Does this happens on device ? or on the simulator ? or on both ?
I have not yet tested on the simulator. I will test before putting up my
sandbox and get the latest version of v2.0
